Parallèlement à mon message sur le forum j'avais envoyé un mail à la compagnie Greyhound pour expliquer mon problème.
En gros je leur ai dit que je souhaitais réserver un ticket depuis la
France mais que mes coordonnées ne rentraient pas forcément dans les cases vu que j'habite en
France.
Je viens de recevoir une réponse très complète dans laquelle on m'explique toute la procédure de réservation.
Voici la partie de la réponse concernant mon interrogation :

Print at Home Ticket: you will need to print your ticket using your own printer machine. This option applies as long as credit card holder is traveling.
Ticket by mail: you will receive the ticket on your physical mailing address (not available for over seas address).
Remember, for a credit/debit card with an international billing address/phone number, you will need to enter the address like it is and make sure you enter the name of the city for the credit/debit card billing information, and the rest of the information as follow:
1. State: (Leave it blank or as default)
2. Zip code: 99999
3. Telephone number: if you have any relatives/friends living in US, then use their phone number; otherwise: 999 999 9999.
