Having information on the complicated situation of other hotels and of many of your companies to re-allocate the clients and to prepare the means to leave the area, and due to the progress we have achieved during the first hours of today, and above all, the comprehension and thankfulness shown by most of our clients, it has pushed us to decide to maintain the hotel open. <o:p></o:p>
In these moments we have already telephone service and e-mail. <o:p></o:p>

We are in conditions of receiving new arrivals but always and only when they are fully aware of the resorts situation. <o:p></o:p>

4. Lobby Bar Colonial.<o:p></o:p>
5. Theater.<o:p></o:p>
6. Discothèque.<o:p></o:p>
7. Day time activities and night Entertainment <o:p></o:p>
8. Mini Club.<o:p></o:p>
9. Water Sports activities. <o:p></o:p>
10. Adults Pool and Spa Pool. Also their respective bars. <o:p></o:p>
11. Buffet Restaurant La Hacienda<o:p></o:p>

13. Buffet Restaurant and Bar El Gran Azul. <o:p></o:p>
14. Beach is partially available; we are cleaning up most of the area. If will be fully available after tomorrow. <o:p></o:p>

17. Bar la Jarra will be available after tomorrow. <o:p></o:p>
18. Spa is open. Only the Gym is closed but we expect to reopen it tomorrow or after tomorrow. <o:p></o:p>
19. Most of the covered ecological paths are available. We are working on the damaged ones. However it is possible to acces to all rooms through alternative ways. <o:p></o:p>
20. Shopping Centre (including Logo Shop, Cyber Café, Souvenir Shop and Travel Agency) <o:p></o:p>

1. Kantenah Lobby. It expect to have it ready by the weekend. <o:p></o:p>
2. Bar Churchill is closed due to the works to repair the roof of the Kantenah Lobby, for security reasons. It will be opened as soon as the works to repair the roof are finished. <o:p></o:p>
3. Our main pool is closed. We expect to reopen it on Thursday or Friday. <o:p></o:p>
