Bonsoir Jean-Michel,
Merci!
Voici le mail que j'ai reçu suite à demande de ma part :
Dear Anne,
Greetings from
Go-Myanmar.com!
Sleeper carriages between
Yangon and
Bagan [reverse as appropriate] require a minimum of 8
sleeper ticket customers before they add the sleeper carriage to the train, as stated on this page
www.go-myanmar.com/getting-to-bagan.
We cannot guarantee that the sleeper carriage will run until one day before departure date (unless you are a large group travelling or you are willing to pay for extra sleeper tickets to make it up to eight).
Therefore I would like to recommend to you to take bus instead of train. Please kindly see our suggested bus schedule and price as below;
Sector: Yangon-Bagan by busDate: Jan 16, 2017
Departure: 20:00
Arrival: 06:00
Bus Company: JJ Express (VIP Bus)
Fare: USD 20 per person
Remark: seats are available as of today's status and fare doesn't include 5% commercial tax.
We will need to take payment from you in order to confirm the booking – until we have received payment, the booking cannot be guaranteed. We accept credit card payments (Visa and Master card only) by secure independent online transfer (4.2% transaction fee).
1) Once confirmed, we can issue your ticket by email - and then you can show the scan at the bus station.
2) Your bus ticket will be issued as a paper ticket. Most tickets can be issued as a scan by email which you can show on your mobile phone at the bus station, but some may need to picked by hand from our offices in downtown
Yangon (during offices hours) or we can deliver to your hotel in
Yangon (hand delivery surcharge of USD 15).
3) You will need to check in at the bus terminal 30 minutes ahead of your departure time. Your bus will leave from Aung Mingalar Bus Terminal, which is far from downtown
Yangon. Please leave plenty of time to get to the bus terminal – during peak hours, the journey may take up to two hours.
4) Note that buses do not always arrive at their destination as per the timetable – please allow some flexibility in your scheduling.
We look forward to hearing from you soon!
With regards,
Ms Hsu Hlaing Phyo
