alors voila j'ai toujour été intereser de vivre aux état-unis et depuis maintenant depuis deux ans je cherche a aller la bas car je ne peux plus supporter la france et je voudrais aller la d'ici 2013 le plus vite possible, ne me méprenner pas ce n'est pas de la haine mais je ne supporte plus la région ou je vit et je voudrait changer mes idée autres part et faire mon avenir la bas.
mais il y'a certain probleme...
- la premiere c'est la "loterie" je ne peux me qualifier vu que je n'ai pas de diplome ou de bac, ou encore d'experience professionel bref je n'ai rien de ce qui est requis, (pour la simple raisons que j'ai quitter le lycée en decembre 08 et puis il y'a un tas d'autres job qu'on peut faire une fois au sol americain non ?)
- la deuxieme c'est que j'ai entendu qu'on pouvait l'avoir (la green card) en fesant des demarche administrative... mais encore un probleme j'ai entendu(des rumeur) que ca pouvait prendre des mois voir des année pour faire toutes c'est démarche(enfin selon la demande) et que c'est trés cher, est-ce que quequ'un pourrait me le confirmer ?
- troisieme et dernier probleme : par ou commencer ? ce que je veux dire ou est-ce que je vais pour faire ma demande pour me procurer la green card ?
l'avocat ? mairie ? bref je ne sais pas.

Pour avoir la résidence permanente, il faut soit épouser une Américaine, soit se faire recruter par une entreprise US qui recherche une personne possédant une expertise très recherchée dans un domaine donc bien entendu, une personne généralement très diplômée et/ou avec grande expérience professionnelle.
Tu es trop jeune pour immigrer de toute façon, poursuis tes études (gratuites en France, profites-en) et va chercher des diplômes, c'est ce qu'on fait normalement à ton âge.
Si tu n'aimes pas la France, il y a l'Angleterre, l'Irlande, l'Espagne, etc.

Je ne sais pas ce que tu appelles "beaucoup de jeunes" car obtenir la carte verte ce n'est pas à la portée de tout le monde et ça ne se fait pas en quelques semaines ni quelques mois.
Beaucoup de jeunes majeurs partent quelques mois aux États-Unis pour travailler, faire un stage, du bénévolat... mais une fois leur visa expiré, ils rentrent en France. Même chose pour ceux qui font des séjours linguistiques.
Comme te l'a dit Nikky, hormis par le mariage ou le parrainage familial, tu peux obtenir la carte verte grâce à la loterie (ça peut prendre des années) ou par le travail. Dans ce dernier cas, ce n'est pas non plus accessible à tout le monde. De plus, c'est à l'employeur de faire la demande et donc de payer alors tu comprends bien que s'il peut trouver un américain qui peut faire le même boulot que toi, il choisira presque toujours cette personne là...
Pour l'instant, dans mes relations ici, avec des Français, ils ont tous fait un doctorat minimum en sont chercheurs (Astrophysique, géologie, ingénierie spatiale, mathématiques) ou sinon, un gars qui travaillait dans une entreprise française qui a une filiale aux USA et s'est fait muter.
Ensuite, il doit y avoir moyen dans les ambassades, mais ça ne représente que quelques postes et ils sont bien gardés !!
Enfin, tu peux regarder du côté des VIE : volontariat international en entreprise. Mais là encore, il faut un solide bagage universitaire.
Dans tous ces cas, ce n'est pas une carte verte mais bien un visa temporaire que l'on obtient. Pour nous, on rentre à la fin de cette année par exemple (ce sont les USA qui nous mettent dehors !! mais on a envie de rentrer en Europe de toutes façons !)
