Bon voilà, je suis nouvelle ici car je n'ai pas obtenue les réponses à mes questions, même si j'ai téléphoné au consulat de MTL. Ils m'ont encore plus mélanger...
Voici la situation.
Je suis présentement étudiante en graphisme et je termine en 2010. J'ai un petit ami qui est déjà en France.J'ai 3 enfants à ma charge avec père inconnu, ce qui me facilite les choses coté papier. Je voudrais aller rejoindre mon petit ami et demeurer la-bas pour biensûr plus tard demander ma citoyenneté. Pour ce qui est des visas, je ne sais plus par quoi commencer, on m'a dit que ca me prennais des visas pour moi et les enfants de long séjour, mais je ne pourrai pas travailler. Mon but est de trouver une entreprise en mai pour justement travailler là-bas et donc on m'a dit que c'étais cette entreprise en question qui devais faire la demande de visas de travail en incluant mes enfants également sur le visa. Ceux-ci sont effectivement d'âge scolaire, soit des jumelles de 9 ans et un garçon de 6 ans. Je sais que ca me prendra mon dossier médical pour quand je serai là-bas et une preuve de mon assurance maladie comme quoi je serai couverte. Malheureusement, je ne sais pas s'il me faut quand même demander un visas long séjour ou non. Car je doit partir avec mes enfants également. je ne reviendrai pas au Canada c est certain car je vais travailler là-bas. Mais combien de temps dure un visa de travail, et en plus mes enfants iront a une école là-bas bien entendu. Mais est-ce que ca prend une confirmation d'inscription de l'établissement scolaire, ou autre? Pour dire ou je serai, ce sera à Clermont-Ferrand.
Donc j'aimerais savoir ce qui me faut pour aller la bas, Visas et autre papier qui seront exiger aussi. Je vous demande de l'aide car le consulat na pu répondre a mes questions et a chaque fois que je téléphonais, cétais encore plus confut dans ma tête...

tu dois trouver une entreprise qui te sponsorise pour la demande de visa (assez compliqué et payant).
Le dossier sera soumis au service des visas dans ton pays.
Et si ton dossier est accepté alors tu auras ton visa pour venir vivre en france et y travailler.
Ce qui est difficile c'est de trouver l'entreprise et meme tres difficile

si tu obtiens un visa long sejour tes enfants sont egalement inclus tandis qu'ils ne depassent pas l'age de 16ans
la procedure est assez longue meme dans le cas où tu trouves une entreprise qui doit repondre a des criteres precises comme quoi il n y a pas de personnes en france pour faire ton future travail
ok pas de probleme, j ai déja flairer quelque entreprise en graphisme donc j'aurai le choix et apres je leur dirai pour les enfants lol sinon j'irai voir une autre entreprise.... lol
je pense que le plus dur est d'obtenir un visa pour toi, après il va de soi que les enfants te suivront si tu as suffisamment de ressource pour vivre,
en France on a l'avantage de prendre tous les enfants à l'école sans condition de visa, il faut juste un justificatif de domicile, l'école est gratuite pour tous.!
en ce moment c'est la crise si tu es infirmière on t'accueillera les bras ouverts, pour les autres professions je ne sais pas.

Mais tu me dit qu'étant donner que sur les actes de naissance c'est écris pere inconnu, ils n'auront pas besoin de visa? Je pensais que l'emplyeur étais supposer les associés à mon visa de travail pour qu'ils puissent me suivre. Sinon, est-ce que ca prend la confirmation de l'établissement scolaire en france sans visas?
donc, tant mieux pour le job, si tu obtiens ton visa, pas de souci pour les enfants, seulement...peut être financièrement.
concernant l'école, tu as de la chance en France personne ne dois vérifier si tu es clandestins ou pas, tu les inscrits à la mairie avec un justificatif de domicile,
c'est tout....et selon ton quartier. dès le moment ou tu as une adresse!..tout baigne😉

le probleme cé qu'en france il y a bcp d'ecole qui delivre ce genre de diplome et cela risque d'etre difficile à une entreprise de justifier ton embauche d'autant plus que tu es debutante.
L'entreprise doit prouver qu'il n'a pas pu trouver une personne en france pour faire ce travail.

Et comme tu dis tu n'es pas jeune et donc pour une entreprise c'est assez rebutant d'engager un junior a 32ans.
Et pour le dossier de visa il est plus facile de justifier le poste pour un senior qu'un junior.

il y a le visa type 2E pour les stagiaires de 18 à 35 ans, valable un an maxi.
il y a également le visa pour les salariés ou employés introduits par l'ANAEM.
Dans ce cas, l'employeur doit introduire une demande pour la personne à recruter, ainsi qu'un dossier de famille accompagnante pour les enfants.
