ce que je voudrais savoir, c'est si il ya des périodes plus propices que d'autres en terme d'emploi a l'hopital, en fait si je dois anticiper
ou repousser ma dispo.un contact anticipé avec l'hopital est-il determinant ou complétement inutil?

je crois savoir qu'il y a une grosse pénurie à l'hopital. Tu devrais les contacter directement. D'après le canard local d'il y a 15 jours, il recherche une 50taine d'infirmiers.
si il y a pénurie, il y a certainement une bonne raison :
ambiance de merde ? heures supp non payées ? conditions de travail ?
SLT ! attention au 50 postes, completement faux, l'hopital se doit d'afficher les futurs fin de contrat car ici beaucoup de CDD, donc les 50 postes sont deja pris .......... car renouveler automatiquement. Apres evite la periode janvier, fevrier, mars car c'est la sortie des promos donc en ce moment C'est Blindés en IDE au CHT et clinique, car arrivé massive d'inf à cette période, j'en connais qui galere a trouvé des remplacement en ce moment !!!!! meilleurs periodes entre septembre et decembre ! voila !

😉Attention, aux postes proposées, c'est de l'arnaque!! Et en arrivant, ne vous attendez pas à etre accueilli comme des heros!! VOus etes des bouches trous, alors il faudra etre gentils et accepter ce qu'on vous propose!! Les temps sont durs!! et d'ici la construction d'une nouvelle clinique et d'un nouvel hopital......on a le temps!
Bref, vous pouvez avoir un peu de chance, mais sachez que ça peut etre tres galere, depuis qq années, ça devient dur pour les infirmiers qui veulent s'installer, les places sont cheres, et les postes parfois rares!!
Vous avez l'hopital, les 2 cliniques (baie des citrons/anse VAta, et Magnin), le site de Goro nickel, le liberal (en remplacement, l'installation n'y comptez pas), euh...sinon, y a les dispensaires (sur les iles ou sur la grande terre), ou encore qq boites qui font du domicile (oxygene, diabete..)

Pour IADE, je pense que c'est un peu différent!! Bien que les postes soient moins nombreux qu'IDE, il y a des chances pour pouvoir trouver un job!! Enfin, ....je te conseille donc de prendre contact avec les 2 cliniques dont j'avais parlé précedement (baie des citrons et magnin). Pour l'hopital, il ne te reste que trois possibilités : le CHT Gaston Bourret, l'hopital de Poindimié, et celui de Koumac (ds le noOOOrd!!!!).
Voilà, après, c'est un peu au coup de chance, mais si tu prevois ton arrivée, ça peut se faire, j'en connais qui l'on fait!! Apres, les conditions de travail ne sont pas vraiment les memes qu'en metropole....ça aussi faut prevoir, une ptite experience avant peut etre apprécié!!

My name is Deborah, I’m French. I’m married and have two children. I’m a clinical psychologist specializing in psychotraumatology, and I’m also pursuing medical studies.
For some time now, I’ve been seriously considering moving to the United States. My long-term goal is to practice medicine in the U.S., with a particular interest in forensic pathology. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area.
