Salut, si tu précises tes demandes il sera plus facile de te répondre.
C'est impossible de te donner un budget dans la mesure ou il dépend du lieu de ton établissement (les prix ne sont pas les mêmes à Phuket qu'à Nan) et du type de qualité de vie que tu souhaites. Le loyer pour une maison ou un appart avec 2 chambres peut varier de 3 ou 4000 bahts à plus de 200'000 bahts par mois. Idem pour les assurances maladies et les frais de scolarité.
Je te fais volontiers part de mon expérience en MP et j'essaierai, si tu le souhaites, de répondre à tes questions.

2 ans apres je refusais des clients ne voulant pas passer un seuil critique,
ON m a dit tu as de la chance, no comment.
ce qui me permet aujourd hui de couler une douce retraite au PDS,
les reponses souvent negatives concerne surtout les projets bars et para bar, ect...
il y a de nombreux exemples de francais ayant reussit dans le commerce traditionnel
(winerie, negoce de cafe, pret a porter, ect)

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
