3) un ami (rien ne nous lie) souhaite demander cette académie également, quelles chances a-t-on d'être affecté dans le même établissement ? même ville ? même région ?
4) est-il facile de trouver un logement une fois sur place ? (question d'ordre pratique)
5) les professeurs sont-ils mieux payés ? y a-t-il une bonification de points de mutation ? d'autres avantages?...

tu peux apprendre le taki taki, le bushinengué, le Bresilien peut aider et le wayana aussi, le neerlandais sert souvent egalement mais juste en Creole tu devrais pourvoir t'en sortir

Tu peux voir que je me pose plein de questions, j'essaie simplement de collecter quelques témoignages.
Ma fille est à Cayenne pour sa première année d'enseignement. Elle est hyper contente de se trouver sur ce grand morceau de terre Française. Les gens sympas, des sorties en forêt, mais elle à très chaud en ce moment.
Les élèves gentils, polis......Elle loge dans une maison avec un grand jardin aux abords de Cayenne.
Tout se passe bien.......elle attend que l'on fasse un geste significatif aux revendications exprimées.
Pourquoi se dit-on toujours APRES qu'il aurait fallu s'en occuper AVANT ?

2) en ville côtière, y a-t-il des postes vacants en lycée, collège ? Oui (j'ai été affecté à Kourou pour mon premier poste), mais plutôt en collège qu'en lycée (les places y sont plus chères...)
3) un ami (rien ne nous lie) souhaite demander cette académie également, quelles chances a-t-on d'être affecté dans le même établissement ? même ville ? même région? Il suffit de demander ce qui est peu demandé (par exemple St laurent)...De toute façon, il y a peu de villes en Guyane, finalement...
4) est-il facile de trouver un logement une fois sur place ? (question d'ordre pratique) Facile, pas forcément, possible, oui...
5) les professeurs sont-ils mieux payés ? y a-t-il une bonification de points de mutation ? d'autres avantages?... Les professeurs sont mieux payés d'environ 40% (attention, c'est parce que la vie y est chère, surtout si l'on veut conserver la même façon de se nourrir qu'en métropole, ce n'est pas du "bonus"). Jusqu'à présent, il y avait aussi des primes si on restait quatre ans (en fait, tu as une avance pour les deux années à venir en arrivant, puis une partie au bout de deux ans, et la fin au bout de quatre ans), intéressantes. Bonification de points de mutation? Je ne sais pas...
6) y a-t-il des problèmes de racisme ? comment sont les élèves ? Du racisme, un peu, mais beaucoup moins qu'aux Antilles, par exemple (je n'ai jamais eu aucune réflexion dans la rue, par exemple, alors que ma soeur qui vit en Martinique en a de temps à autre...). Les élèves sont de toutes nationalités et origines (Créoles, Amérindiens, Brésiliens, Haïtiens, Surinamais, Dominicains, etc...) et cela rend les discussions avec eux très intéressantes (enfin, je suis professeur de français, les thèmes abordés sont donc très variés; tu connaitras peut-être moins cela). Ils sont en général gentils (certains me disent "merci" à la fin de l'heure, ils m'aident à porter les livres...), mais vifs et parfois agités. Niveau ambiance, tu peux tomber dans des établissements très calmes, comme dans des établissements très difficiles et insécures: on ne peut rien dire à l'avance...
7) faut-il parler une autre langue que le français ? Comme on te l'a dit: le créole, c'est pas mal, surtout si on est à Cayenne; à Kourou, le taki-taki serait plus utile. Tu auras le loisir de l'apprendre sur place...

Actuellement entrepreneur dans l'immobilier, transport, je cherche un(e) associé(e) / partenaires/ fondation pour un projet dans l'agriculture donc je suis propriétaire de 10 hectares de terrain.
Les hectares étant inexploités durant des années faute des moyens financiers car le projet nécessite un apport je dirait considérable , acteur principal que je suis je dispose d'un apport minimal.

3) Construire un service de santé
4) Construire une école maternelle et primaire
5) Construire des logements gratuits pour expatriés à la retraite en échange de leurs participations gratuite dans leurs domaines respectives.
Ceci étant un projet dont j'y crois , j'invite toutes personnes intéressées à apporter une touche personnelle, sous la forme d'un conseil, une orientation et enfin une implication.
NB: projet à l'échelle nationale et internationale au niveau de l'emplois.
