Hi, I’m trying to book 2 flight tickets on SATENA’s website. After entering my personal details, it asks for: "Business name, fiscal identification and fiscal ID"... and I can’t skip this step. Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance

Hi! I actually did a simulation—you have to fill in the fields... In the first one, I put my name as it appears on my passport. In the second one, when you click on it, there are 4 options—I just picked one at random. For the third field, the tax ID, I put 8 random digits in the box, and it worked! (This risky solution might have consequences, though?) Now I just have to pay by Visa or Mastercard. Is it possible to contact the company via WhatsApp?

Hi there, I just tried it too (on the Spanish page). I entered Francia as the booking country with my phone number 33 06...... At the end (before payment), I was first asked for "nombre"—so my name— then "tipo de documento fiscal"—so passport— and third, "Numero documento fiscal"—so passport number. After that, I reached the payment page (click on payU). Hope this helps!

Thanks so much for trying... I just did the same, but in the end, the site didn’t accept my bank card. I don’t know what to do because it’s a flight I want to take the day after we arrive in Colombia, after spending a night near the airport in Bogotá. I’m worried there won’t be any seats left since they’re small planes....
