Quels sont les prix des locations pour une maisonnette ou un T3 ?
Quels sont les papiers à fournir ? Doit-on justifier d'une retraite ?
Bon tout d'abord je pense que le Portugal est un excelent choix pour la retraite.
Si vous ne supportez pas le froid, n'allez pas dans le nord.
Je vous conseille 3 types de régions: Lisbonne et alentous, Alentejo, et Algarve.
Lisbonne c'est la capitale, il y a tout, les meilleurs hopitaux, centres commerciaux, plage pas loin, Sintra petite montagne très romantique à 20km, bref à voir.
L'alentejo, c'est la région la plus calme du Portugal est la chaude aussi. Très campagnard, très sec, mais on mange très bien la-bas.C'est une retraite du type, faire la sieste sous un arbre.
L'algarve c'est très beau, mais très touristique.C'est la ou il y a les plages les plus chaudes.Mais la vie est assez cher comparer au reste du portugal.
Pour un T3 vers Lisbonne compter vers les 800 à 1500€ pour une location.
Alentejo moins cher, mais je connais pas les prix sachant que ce sera plus maisonnette.
Algarve compter plus 1000 à 1800€ en fonction de la zone.
Avez-vous concrétiser votre projet ?
Nous sommes sur le point d'imiter votre démarche : nous partons bientôt nous installer au Portugal pour vivre pleinement notre retraite sous le soleil, tout en restant près de la France, par avion, pour revenir toutes les fois, où nous aurons à revenir ou à accueillir les petits enfants.
AU début de notre démarche, comme vous, nous nous sommes posé de nombreuses questions qui ont failli être de vrais freins psychologiques que nous avons réussi à dépasser tant notre coup de coeur pour le Portugal est fort !
Avec le recul, nous pouvons témoigner qu'une installation au Portugal est une chose assez simple, s'agissant d'un pays européen et très amical.
Nous avons bénéficié de l'aide d'autres expatriés français déjà installés au Portugal et bénéficiant de réseaux et contacts locaux qui nous ont aidés à accélérer la réalisation de notre projet de résidence secondaire en Algarve et à éviter de tomber dans les écueils des prix élevés appliqués comme partout aux "touristes et aux étrangers".

C'est la 1ère fois que je viens sur ce cite et je suis tombée par hasard en faisant la recherche justement sur le portugal. je suis à la recherche de pleins d'information car nous sommes intéresser mon mari et moi pour ouvrir un petit commerce dans le lieu où nous passons pratiquement tous nos congés dans l'endroit qui s'appelle setubal qui est à quelques heures de lisbonne en bus, c'est un endroit qui fait bon vivre à la différence d'ici paris🤪 où il fait froid ou les saisons ne sont plus saisons en bref nous en avons un peu marre du métro boulot dodo et par le biais de mon boulot je peux mettre une parenthèse à mon travaille et mon employeur (nous sommes une très grande enseigne) pour me permettre de réaliser un projet😎. je ne parle pas du tout portuguais, mon mari à des notions et mon petit garçon pas du tout, mais bon je ne désespère pas mais je commence vraiment à avoir peur en fait, au niveau de la recherche d'un logement donc là bas, a savoir aussi pour la fiscalité, devraient-ont payés deux fois des impots? comment cela se passe au niveau administratifs? si il y quelqu'un parmis vous qui peut me renseigner sur les locations de locaux aussi à savoir si c'est cher ou pas ? comment cela passe-t-il quand ont est commerçant mais étrangers mais faisant partie de la commauté europeenne.
Vous dites que vous avez été aidés par les expatriés qui vivent là bas, ce sont des personnes faisant partis d'un organisme ? ou c'est de la famille.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
