j'ai lu des journaux, j'ai de la doc sur la guyane, mais le mieux pour moi est de discuter directement avec vous qui habitez en guyane.nous ne venons pas en touristes.

Véhicule 4X4 ou autre, cela dépend de ce que vous voulez faire en Guyane.
Si tu viens avec ton véhicule en Guyane, il faut que tu saches que tu ne pourras pas le revendre avant 1 an (règlementation douanière).
Se loger rapidement ou pas celà dépend du lieu ou de la ville, la Guyane est différente d'un bout à l'autre.
Le prix des locations est le même qu'en métropole sinon plus cher.

nous ne savons pas trop précisement ( pour le moment) à quel endroit nous irons vivre.le principal c'est de trouver un endroit pour se loger, à l' ecart des villes, et pouvoir faire construire un carbet, mais pour cela il me faut trouver le max de renseignements.si je n'ai pas de réponses nettes, tant pis, nous viendrons quand-meme, nous ne nous décourageons pas facilement, ici la vie nous semble trop.....😕 ou pas assez vraie notre besoin de nature, de dépaysement l'emporte sur presque tout.
je me suis doc sur la santé, les chiens, les animaux de chez vous, j'ai vue et lu pas mal de doc mais le plus simple c'est par le net.
pour le travail, nous comptons monter "quelque-chose" en famille, mais dans quel domaine?nous avons quelques idees, mais nous verrons sur place.

Je viens de quitter la Guyane il y a 2 mois.
J'y suis resté pendant 4 ans (à Saint Laurent du Maroni) mais comme je suis fonctionnaire
j'avais du boulot en arrivant en Guyane.
Partir en Guyane sans travail et sans savoir où se poser me semble assez utopique.
Tu veux construire un carbet c'est bien. Pour avoir un terrain c'est la croix et la bannière.
La seule chose à faire, c'est de s'installer sur un terrain (non privé), de défricher la forêt et de construire un carbet puis de faire les démarches administratives par la suite (c'est ce que font beaucoup de gens mais
c'est risqué).
J'avais également des copains qui ont fait les démarches normalement pour avoir un terrain avant de construire leur carbet mais il faut que tu comptes minimum un an avant d'avoir les papiers (c'est ce qui se
fait le plus rapidement avec des relations)
J'en connais d'autres qui n'ont jamais réussi à avoir un terrain même après 5 ans de Guyane.
L'O.N.F. distribue également des terrains (Tu payes une certaine somme au départ mais le terrain ne t'appartiendra jamais, c'est une sorte de location)
En ce qui concerne les animaux domestiques, il faut que tu saches qu'ils vont souffrir (parasites, chaleur etc...)
Je veux bien que le dépaysement l'emporte mais ne va pas en Guyane les yeux fermés, garde une bouée de secours (finances) pour revenir en métropole au cas où.
La Guyane n'est pas l'eldorado que l'on croit mais un département français d'outre-mer surtout peuplé
par des Rmistes, sans industrie, peu de débouchés pour les jeunes.

il y a 5 ans nous sommes partis pour le travail en Guyane, à cause du travail nous sommes rentrés en métropole une vrai tristesse de quitter la Guyane. Ce pays est magique c'est tout ou rien ont adore ou l'on déteste. Ce préambule étant dit voici quelques réponses.
Voiture oui emmené votre 4X4 les voitures sont environs 30% plus chers en Guyane.
Si vous souhaitez plus tard changer de voiture voilà comment cela se passe votre carte grise doit rester à votre nom pendant 1 an durant cette période vous ne pouvez la vendre. Après à votre tour vous fairez une plus value les occasions sont aussi très chères.
Côté maison cela dépend de l'endroit ou vous souhaitez habiter avant de partir consultez le net pour programmer à distance votre logement. Pour notre part en attendant de louer une maison nous avions retenu sur le net une location meublé climatisée à Rémyre Montjoli en face de l'hotel Novotelvnous allons dire banlieu chic de Cayenne: 2 pièces avec cuisine extérieure entièrement équipé nom de cette endroit La Métisse. Ils ont accepté le chat sans problème les voisins à la métisse avait un chien. Prix 790 Euros pour 1 mois.Si vous êtes 4 adultes cela fera 2 location de 2 pièces.
Parcontre niveau santé c'est pas les Antilles l'hopital de la Croix Rouge de Gourou pour moi est nettement mieux que celui de Cayenne.Il y a de bons médecins métropolitains il ne faut pas non plus dramatiser.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
