j'ai 25 ans et un BTS informatique de gestion en poche. J'ai vécu 1 an en PF lorsque j'étais gamin et je voudrais bien y retourner.
Je sais qu'y trouver un job n'est pas facile avec la crise économique générale et il y a la préférence aux locaux (ce qui est complètement normal).
La vie est cher et donc il faut pouvoir bien anticipé sinon c'est le mur directe.
J'ai quelques questions :
- lorsque j'étais gamins (y a 15 ans) il était impossible à un métropolitain de bosser les 6 premiers mois, donc c'était soit on vit sur un pécule, soit on taf au black dans des jobs pourri. Est-ce que cette règle existe toujours ?
- Est-il facile de créer une micro entreprise comme France, voire avoir un statut comme auto-entrepreneur ?
En effet, je comptais changer de région et être auto-enterpreneur en maintenance informatique pour les particuliers (avec de la formation aussi). Mais quitte à changer de régions et à m'installer loin de ma famille et de mes amis, je me suis dit que changer de pays serait peut être pas une mauvaise idée. Et puis étant timide, ça me foutrait un bon coup de pied au cul...
Je sais qu'en PF les télécommunication ne sont pas développé et qu'Internet est vendu à prix d'or (merci les monopoles). Cependant je me rappel que les locaux étaient friande de nouvelles technologies. Les ordinateurs sont-ils répandus ?
Est-ce qu'il y a le contexte sur place pour qu'un tel services marche ?
Je ne compte pas m'installer à Tahiti, mais plus tôt à Moorea.
Est-ce viable ?
Quel serait le budget idéal pour s'installer ? Je partirai seul.
Bonjour, Cette régle des six mois n'As JAMAIS existé......c'Est une légende urbaine ! Par contre ce qui est vrai, c'Est que tu ne peux obtenir les services du SEFI(L'ANPE locale) qu'APRÉS 6 mois de résidence en PF......
le statut de micro entreprise ou d'auto entrepreneur n'Existe pas comme en France. Par contre, tu peux très facilement prendre une patente et travailler en indépendant. Contacte la CCISM de PF.

Hum, je fais pour le moment avec les souvenir que j'en ai donc y a plein de truc qui sont déformé (je le sais heureusement).
J'ai pas dis que les télécommunications été pas développer (je me suis mal exprimer), mais qu'il n'y avait aucune concurrence et donc des prix exorbitant pour l'ADSL notamment. Après, quand j'y était les ordinateur était pas répandu, c'était déjà pas courant en France (entendre par la qu'Internet n'avait pas encore débarqué massivement).
Mais si je compte y aller pour faire de l'informatique, c'est bien parce que où que l'on soit, c'est porteur en générale.
Dans les télécom, la concurrence arrive...doucement et il y aura certainement de la place pour des informaticiens pour gérer et développer le réseau de téléphonie mobile...mais quand ?😉

En même temps, je parle bien d'être à mon compte et pas de bosser dans le réseau d'un opérateur téléphonique/ADSL. Mais bon, tout job est bon à prendre au début, faire la fine bouche serait une sacré connerie.
Comment puis-je faire une "étude de marché" à distance ? Bien que se soit la solution idéale, j'ai un budget serré et je ne peux pas me permettre de venir une première fois en repérage pour voir si c'est viable. J'ai malheureusement pas assez d'argent de côté et plus temps passe et moins j'en ai. C'est pas faute d'économiser mais la France coute de plus en plus cher pour rien -_- (je sais, en Polynésie c'est pas mieux -_-)
Au niveau du travail, on peut donc travailler déclarer imédiatement si on trouve un job ? 🙂

Pour ce qui est de Moorea, ça tombe bien, j'y habite depuis pas mal d'année. Je peux te dire que je vois la situation économique de l'île décliner de mois en mois, et c'est rien de le dire ! C'est tout bonnement catastrophique. Pas mal de commerces sont à vendre (tape "commerce à vendre Moorea" sur Google et tu verras...) ou moribonds.
Pour ce qui est de la maintenance informatique, il y a déja pas mal de gars qui font ça ici et le marché n'est pas extensible. Tu peux bien sur ouvrir ta boite mais encore faut-il que tu aies la ressource en clientèle. Pas évident...
Il serait peut-être préférable pour toi dans un premier temps de trouver un emploi de salarié dans ta branche sur Papeete et ensuite de voir si tu peux te mettre à ton compte, à Moorea ou ailleurs. Je crois que c'est plus sage que de se lancer direct dans la création de ta boite.
Voilà, mais cet avis n'engage que moi bien sur. Et comme on dit : les conseilleurs ne sont pas les payeurs...

N'étant pas sur place, recueillir le témoignage de personnes qui y vivent et très important. J'ai pas envie de me casser la gueule non plus : j'ai envie de changer d'air mais je ne suis pas maso !
Ce qui m'ennuie sur Papeete, c'est que c'est la grande ville et que c'est loin d'être paradisiaque. Soyons clair, les métro qui veulent s'installer en PF comme moi, viennent chercher un petit bout e paradis, ou du moins un truc qui s'en rapproche ^^
Par contre, ce qui est incroyable (à mes yeux) est qu'il y est déjà pas mal de monde qui font de la maintenance, car ici en campagne française (à 55 Km de Le Mans vers l'est) il n'y a personne à 25 ou 30 km à la ronde ! SI je m'installe en Sarthe (la où je suis), je serais seul sur le secteur !
J'entends d'ici les questions : mais pourquoi tu ne t'installe pas là où t'es ? Et bien la Sarthe, c'est pas folichons non plus, alors j'hésite... Et puis un peu d'avanture ne me ferait pas de mal ;)

tu as raison d'essayer d'éviter de bosser à Papeete (ou Tahiti en général). C'est vraiment pas le top et ça ne ressemble en rien à l'idée que l'on se fait de la Polynésie...
C'est vrai que Moorea est un bon compromis puisque Tahiti n'est qu'à 30 mn de bateau et il fait quand même bon vivre ici. Comme on dit : y'a pas photo !
Honnêtement, si tu veux quand même t'installer à Moorea, il te faudra te démarquer sacrément de la concurrence, ne serait-ce que sur les tarifs car ils pratiquent des tarifs dmentiels à la limite de l'escroquerie !

Ah ça c'est un bon point pour moi car en métropole aussi les prix pratiqués sont exorbitants ! Je comptais justement pratiquer des prix beaucoup plus bas, plus humains (avec un tarif dégressif pour la formation aux particuliers), et cela est possible ici grâce au statut d'auto entrepreneur qui est très avantageux fiscalement.
Connais-tu la gamme de tarifs pratiquée ? Ça me rendrait un très grand service car je pourrais ainsi voir si c'est possible de pratiquer des prix plus bas tout en ayant un revenu suffisant pour vivre (après paiement de la patente, impôts et taxes diverses).

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
