Comme je l'ai dit plusieurs fois, non, les p'tits voyages au
Canada pour obtenir un autre 90 jours, ça ne marche pas! C'est écrit noir sur blanc sur le site du gouvernement américain. C'est trop facile sinon de contourner le visa. Il faut rentrer dans son pays de résidence pour que ça soit considéré comme une sortie de territoire. Mais vous pouvez revenir à plusieurs reprises dans l'année, ce n'est pas interdit, de toute façon, c'est toujours à la discrétion de l'agent.
Cependant, ça reste quand même à la discrétion de l'agent d'immigration qui peut quand même accepter de vous laisser revenir, mais si vous avez vraiment l'intention de séjourner pendant plus de 3 mois, allez directement chercher un visa de tourisme à l'ambassade! Ne comptez pas sur la diligence d'un agent américain, vous ne savez pas ce qui arrivera.
Ne pas oublier ceci: le programme d'exemption de visa américain est une sorte de privilège accordé aux ressortissants de certains pays. On n'exigera pas de visa pour un touriste, mais en échange on exigera que vous foutez le camp après 3 mois. Donc il ne fait pas essayer d'utiliser le programme autrement.
