Dans 2 mois on arrive en Argentine dans le but d'obtenir le visa rentier (nous sommes 2 et avons déjà acheté notre maison l'année dernière)
Voilà, nous savons quels papiers nous devons fournir pour obtenir le visa, mais il y une question que nous n'arrivons pas à résoudre :
Comment justifier la rente de $2500/personne/mois pour une année(ou plusieurs s'il le faut) sans être millionnaire ?(juste avec avec quelques dizaines de milliers d'euros sur notre compte). Notre banque nous dit qu'elle peut juste nous faire un papier disant que nous avons une sommes d'argent mais qu'ils ne peuvent pas s'engager à ce que 500 euros soient versés chaque mois par personne... (pas d'intérêts suffisants ni de rente en gros)

T'as pas de retraite ??? 500 Euros/pers c'est en dessous du minimum viellesse qui soit, pour le toucher, nécessite de rester en France, ce qui normal ; la retraite, elle, étant touchable à l'étranger, mais peut faire l'objet d'une double imposition dans les pays où il n'y a pas d'accord fiscal.
Un dépôt d'argent ne constitue pas, en effet, des conditions de ressources y compris sur un contrat d'assurance vie de 150 000 Euros, même transformée en rente viagère.
Etre rentier à l'étranger ne s'improvise pas. Il faut penser à tout, y compris à la couverture sociale qui si elle est maintenable pour les "Français résidents à l'étranger" nécessite le versement d'une cotisation de 150 Euros/mois.
Maintenant tout est possible et tout est envisageable de la propriété à la location du séjour de moins de 3 mois avec possibilité de glisser dans un pays voisin (Uruguay, Brésil, etc...) quelque temps, ce qui revient au même.
Pour ma part, j'ai choisi de ne pas investir à l'étranger pour garder le statut de locataire ailleurs. Pourtant j'ai failli à plusieurs reprises acheter. Ce qui m'a fait reculer, c'est les garanties qui sont inexistantes bien sûr et le flou pour le futur. Alors je préfère payer en France (cher) car là je suis à même de pouvoir me retourner.

Bonjour, touchez vous une retraite? si oui vous faites virer les 1000 euros par mois en Argentine, sinon de quoi espérez vous vivre la bas? les Argentins comme tous les pays d'accueil de retraités comptent que vous dépensiez un minimum sur place. Evidemment si vous etes rentiers a 35 ans
qui va croire que vous allez rester sans activité, donc venir prendre un emploi sur le marché du travail Argentin .
Nous n'avons pas l'intention de travailler : mais une épargne suffisante pour voir venir de longues années! (nous avons effectivement pas de retraite vu qu'on a la trentaine, mais ce n'était pas le sujet de la discussion...)
Nous jonglerons avec le visa touriste le temps qu'il faudra (le temps nous l'aurons au moins!) si le visa rentista n'est pas envisageable dans notre situation.
Je me suis permis de démarrer cette discussion, car il ne nous paraissait pas limpide qu'il faille avoir plusieurs centaines de milliers d'euros pour prétendre au visa rentista et peut être que d'autres se posent la question. Mais j'ai cru comprendre (sur des forums en anglais qu'il y avait moyen de contourner le fait d'avoir un "énorme" capital ou un bail suffisant pour justifier une rente fixe sur 3 ans, mais je ne saisi pas encore bien comment et je crois que nous verrons sur place peut-être avec expert comptable et avocats si ça vaut le coup...)

Bonjour, non non ce n'est pas surprenant de vouloir jouer les rentiers a 30 ans, mais sans un revenu de l'ordre de 1000 euros par mois a deux je ne vois pas la possibilité, il faut payer un loyer et se nourrir, meme en allant dans le sud en Patagonie. Si c'est pour mener une vie de moine je ne vois pas la finalité, mais je ne suis pas croyant donc je ne me rend pas compte. Si on calcul le capital nécéssaire, il faut environ 500000 euros de placé pour toucher un revenu de 1000 euros par mois. Et rien n'est définitif.
Nous avons déjà acheter la maison là-bas. et également le budget pour la voiture et pour s'équiper intégralement en arrivant, et pour vivre, une épargne suffisante pour plusieurs années

juste que si vous êtes propiétaires et que vous n'avez pas la résidence argentine, vous devez normalement avoir nommé un représentant un argentine... dans le cas contraire il est probable que vous n'avez jamais rentré de declaration sur l'impôt immobilier... (1% de la valeur du bien/an + impots sur les loyers). Et dans ce cas lors de la vente du bien gare (suis dans le cas maintenant et heureusement pour moi, le programme de rapatriement de fonds est encore applicable), impossible de revendre tant que la dette n'est pas payée.
si vous êtes plus de 6 mois en argentine vous serez aussi considèré comme résident fiscal -> declaration complete de revenus etc...
pour la residence, les status de representants de sociétés etrangères et les statuts de rentiers ne l'octroient plus; les lois sur l immigration en argentine.

après qlq mois, histoire de se promener et trouver le meilleur endroit, nous comptons acheter une petite maison est ce que cela vous a paru compliqué? comment ne pas se faire avoir avec nos têtes de touristes?
en fait j'ai 12000 questions parce que les sites ne sont jamais très precis et les infos quelques fois contradictoires, question compte en banque et sécu vous avez trouvé une solution??

Je suis nouveau sur le forum, je commencerai donc par une brève présentation: je m'appelle fred (malgré le pseudo), j'ai 36 ans, je vis (seul) et travaille en France, petit boulot tranquille, jolie maison, bons revenus... malgré tout cela et pour des raisons que je ne détaillerai pas ici, je suis décidé à tout plaquer...
Je ne connais de l'Argentine que ce que j'ai pu en lire pour ne jamais y être allé, mais ce pays me séduit, mon côté latin je présume, bref avant d'aller plus loin dans mes investigations j'aurais donc une question des plus simples: pensez-vous que je puisse vivre correctement à Buenos Aires avec une rente mensuelle de 2000 euros? et si oui, puis-je obtenir un visa autre que le touristique de 3 mois? étant bien entendu qu'avant de prendre une quelconque décision j'envisage bien évidemment d'aller passer quelques semaines sur place histoire de toucher, de sentir, de comprendre... je sais ce que j'ai en France, mais justement, il faut parfois prendre le risque de vivre!!

Mais la réponse est simpliste, car pour trouver un logement de bonne qualité à un prix non touristique, il faut présenter des garanties (un garant).
