Bonjour, nous nous préparons à déménager pour Nouméa vers la fin de l'année et avons reçu la visite d'un commercial puis un devis de la société AGS pour les 4 mètres cube que nous souhaitons envoyer.
Pouvez-vous nous faire part de vos impressions, expériences, etc....?
AGS m'a dit qu'il fallait verser 30 % d'arrhes à la confirmation du contrat, et le reste le jour où les affaires quittent notre domicile métropolitain! Est-il normal de payer tout à l'avance? Ou faut-il voir pour ne payer le reste qu'une fois les affaires arrivées à destination, à Nouméa?
C'est la procédure courante de tous les déménageurs. AGS a un bureau à NOuméa. Demandes d'autres devis pour faire jouer la concurrence.
Un petit conseil toutefois : supervises l'emballage des choses fragiles. En général, on te livre les cartons suffisamment à l'avance pour ce soit le client qui prépare ses cartons (meme si dans le devis l'emballage de tes effets personnels est "entièrement" effectué et facturé par le déménageur). A la livraison, tu auras un délai pour constater les avaries s'il y a lieu, d'où l'importance d'établir un inventaire détaillé et chiffré précisément (pour le montant de l'assurance).
je déménage avec mon amie en Nouvelle calédonie fin Mars. Pour notre déménagement j'ai contacté 3 entreprises, AGS (Nantes), CODI et ODINET et reçu de chacune un devis pour 1.5 m3.
Au final AGS 800 €, ODINET 912 € et CODI 1024 €.
Après la durée de transport, les assurances, etc, tout est identique entre déménageur.
Pour répondre a ta question, oui c'est normal de payé tout a l'avance, mais par contre je ne sais pas laquelle de ces 3 sociétés est la plus fiable.
4 mètres cubes ? mais tu ne mets rien dedans, enfin j'avais pris une caisse martime de 8 mètres cubes et j'avais trouvé juste ! (salon une teble de salle à manger deux bahuts, 3 lits, frigo, machine à laver, vélo, vaisselles, et babioles )
Nous avions pris AMDT de Marmande et super content arrivé à Nouméa à la date prévue et sans casse.
Salut, et bien 4m3, c'est ce qu'on peut se payer, alors on fait avec, lol! Au départ on voulait prendre un container, au 12 m3, et partir courant de l'été 2010... On a avancé notre départ à novembre prochain, donc il faut faire des sacrifices! Et puis nous ne sommes que deux, et on a la belle famille sur place! On se demande même si on ne va pas réduire à 3m3, on verra! Car on a 2 chats à emmener, et çà coûte cher! Priorité aux chats avant les meubles....
J'ai envoyé une demande de devis par mail à AMDT, tu te rappelles combien tu avais payé pour tes 8m3? C'était du porte à porte? Tu habitais loin de leurs locaux?
Je vais juste te raconter ce qui m'est arrivé avec AGS, ils ont posé les scotch à même les meubles, le gros électroménager n'a pas été emballé et le canapé trainé à même le sol, au final de très gros dégâts esthétique : plus de vernis sur les portes, coins des lits explosés, émail endommagé, chaises brisées, canapé déchiré, comme ce n'était que des dégâts esthétiques ils ont estimé que les meubles pouvaient servir en l'état et donc indemnisation minable, après force combat j'ai obtenu un geste commerciale qui s'est soldé par une indemnisation de 600 euros. Au bout de 9 mois de procédure, mails et coup de télaphones laissés sans réponses j'ai enfin eu mon chèque 😠
De plus il était convenu qu'ils devaient me faire parvenir la facture acquittée rapidement pour me faire rembourser par mon employeur et retirer le chèque final après m'en avoir informé et bien sur après avoir touché le remboursement de mon employeur. Et bien ils ont retiré le chèque de 7500 euros s'en m'en avertir et bien avant de m'avoir envoyé les papiers.
En gros ils vont être aux petits soin pour obtenir leur chèque et après vont t'oublier.
Ags Nouméa n'a jamais daigné me rappeler malgré les pb j'ai donc du tout traiter par téléphone avec Paris, merci la facture.

Appelles Dosetto à Toulon pour un RV. Les commerciaux naviguent en France si la société n'est pas représentée dans ta région.
3 ou 4 m3, ça doit être que des effets perso. que tu emballeras toi-même (cartons et papier bulle, scotch et penderie éventuellement fournis par le déménageur). Si tu emmènes des meubles, suis-les à la trace et fais leur faire l'emballage à ta façon. N'hésites pas à prendre des photos d'ailleurs. Mon salon tissu est arrivé moisi et taché par le carton d'emballage (AGS avait insisté pour l'emballer de cette façon car le plastique serait pire avec la condensation : résultat, je n'ai pas vu de différence...) et surtout de la vaisselle de famille (verres) avait été mise dans le même carton que la cocotte minute donc je n'ai reçu que des miettes de verres.
Ne flippes pas : beaucoup de caisses maritimes arrivent sans avaries. Te conseiller un déménageur est plutôt difficile car il y a toujours des dossiers pour lesquels ça se passe bien et d'autres moins bien. Compter 2 mois à 2 mois 1/2 pour le transport et la livraison sur place.

Nous avons utilisé les services d’AGS pour notre déménagement de métropole en Martinique d’où nous avons fait venir 4m3, puis lors de nos 2 déménagements suivants sur l’ile.
Ils s’occupent d’emballer tout ce qui est fragile plus tout le matériel électrique. Il ne nous restait à faire que les livres, bibelots, linge etc.
Les cartons d’emballage et le scotch sont fournis.
Il n’y a eu à déplorer la casse que d’un ramequin.
Lors du déménagement de métropole les meubles sont démontés sur place puis remontes par leurs soins. Par contre, sur l’ile ceux-ci sont déplacés tout montés, ils ne les démontent que si cela est indispensable.
Il est vrai que l’inventaire est un peut contraignant mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé.
J’imagine bien qu’il peut y avoir des soucis mais pour nous tout s’est très bien passé.
Mieux vaut être con et fermer sa gueule que de l'ouvrir pour le prouver.
Je me répète, c'est pas bien rassurant, pour autant, tu n'étais pas là pour voir comment ils ont emballé tes meubles! tu as dû les voir scotcher directement sur tes meubles! en tous cas moi je ne les laisserais pas emballer mes affaires sans ma présence....

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
