Résidence faite de villas à l'intérieure d'une enceinte close et gardée.
Pour les basiques c'est un système de video-surveillance, pour les plus aisées, il y a un gardien de jour et un de nuit.
Sinon effectivement que c'est dommage. C'est comme pour le convoyage de voiliers. Il y en a qui le font bien et d'autres qui en profite pour faire les beaux et le bâtiment devient une poubelle.
Essayez de faire des recherches auprés d'agences de placements trés sévères quant à leur réputation auprés des proprios exigeants.
Je les connaissais il y a euh...20 ans et j'étais passé par elles pour des raisons diverses.

Pour ce qui est des personnes à mobilités réduites, c'est le paradis.
tous les trottoirs sont avec des pentes ( avec le poinçon de l' association à but " non lucratif " qui les a sponsorisé ) idem pour les administrations alors que l'on trouve en métropole des tonnes d'endroits inacessibles malgré les bla-bla d'élus.
Logement, mieux vaut prendre dans le récent et avec ascenseur si RDC non disponible.

My name is Deborah, I’m French. I’m married and have two children. I’m a clinical psychologist specializing in psychotraumatology, and I’m also pursuing medical studies.
For some time now, I’ve been seriously considering moving to the United States. My long-term goal is to practice medicine in the U.S., with a particular interest in forensic pathology. Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
