je recherche un visa pour partir travailler au USA
j'explique: ma copine est américaine on est ensemble depuis 2ans suite à un erasmus
j'ai un employeur qui est prêt a m'engager aux usa pour l'été. il y a til un visa pour les emplois saisonniers?
malheureusement je ne suis pas étudiant cette année mais je compte le redevenir l'an prochain j'ai donc un statuts de salarié
je pense m'installer aux usa en long terme par la suite (pas tt de suite) mais je ne cherche pas a me marier par intérêt pour obtenir la green card mais si un jour mariage ça sera par amour (youhou lol) mais pour cela j'ai besoin d'être avec elle car la relation skype..., bien sur on a pensé a prendre un visa working holliday en Australie ou en NZ pour étre mais cela ne ns avancera pas dans nos carrières...
is there any option for me?

ps: j'ai déjà appelé l'usembassy payé les 14euros pour que l'on me dise que je peut obtenir le ds2019 et au final l'organisme avec qui jai postuler on ma rappeler hier pour me dire que je pourrais pas l'obtenir du fait de mon statuts... je suis dans une grosse galère.

Il me semble qu'il y a deux types de visa pour du travail temporaire, un pour les très diplômés et un pour les autres genre stage d'été justement (le H3 il me semble).
Mais il te faut une entreprise US qui prépare un dossier...

Donc depuis tout ce temps je travaillé en temps que volontaire comme manager. Pour l'instant je part au Canada ds une semaine travailler et ma cop ne sera pas loin dc cool pr nous mais je la motive pour passer son MBA en France pour que ce soit plus facile pour nous.. Je me suis pas mal renseigner sur les visa, renseigne toi bien de la validiter du visa car une fois que tu es sur le continent americain tu dois passer le double du temps en france avant d'y retourner.. j'ai deja fais qq sejours ds les bureaux de douane car l'immigration trouvait cela louche que je vienne souvent ds leur pays! on m'a meme pratiquement dit de me marier (il sont drôles..)
ex: si ton visa est de 6mois tu ne pourras pas retourner aux usa pendant 1 an .. c le gars de l'immigration qui ma raconté tt ca... donc fait bien attention et il ne faut pas rigoler avec eux ...

Ah donc je suppose qu'elle parle français ! c est déjà bien, parce que je pousse le mien à l'apprendre, mais il est pas très motivé à prendre des cours! il veut que je lui apprenne...Enfin bref, j'ai pas tout compris, si on obtient un visa de 6 mois, apres tu ne peux pas retourner aux usa avant un an? c est fou... moi j ai vu que le h2b est sur un an , et reconductible jusqu a 3 ans. Je pars dans 11 ljours à bas, en Virginie, et j y reste 2 mois et demi, j en profiterai pour faire tous les papiers puis retourner en france et attendre le visa de travail... mais je me demandais, si par exemple je suis en attente du visa, je suppose que je ne peux pas retourner aux states entre temps en touriste? parce que s ils le découvrent , ils peuvent m interdire d y retourner, non?
Et en tant que volontaire, tu es parti avec quel visa?
Oui, et moi aussi je pensais faire les allers retours tous les trois mois en france, pour avoir toujours le statut de touriste mais bon
- la douane va trouver ca suspect !
- pouvoir se payer les billets, c est pas possible surtout si on peut pas travailler là bas
- j ai une peur panique des avions, moins j en prend, mieux je me porte !
Et puis pour le mariage, on y a pensé... mais bon je préfere attendre ! et ne pas être obligé à me marier juste pour y rester... heureusement j ai trouvé d autres solutions, je vais travailler dans un restaurant ( vive le piston).
Et toi tu étais dans quel état? et au Canada ya pas besoin de visa, si?

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
