Je suis francais et habite en Irlande depuis un an et demi pour mon travail, j'aime ce que je fais mais je commence à avoir du mal à supporter le temps un peu morose et pluvieux de Dublin. J'envisage de partir vers le mois de septembre 2009 en Argentine pour au moins 2 ans.
je suis actuellement en pleine recherceh de travail la bas mia sjai pas beaucoup d epistes. je suis preneur bien entendu de toutes informations pouvant maider à mi'nstaller rapidement. Dans quelle ville souhaite tu aller ? pour ma part jai choisi pour le moment Buenos Aires.

Je peux te répondre au sujet de ce que tu vas mettre de côté pendant cinq ans. N'oublies pas que tu ne peux entrer en Argentine qu'avec l'équivalent de 10.000US$ par personne, le reste doit être déclaré. C'est la loi. Si tu veux acheter un bien, il faudra que tu justifies la provenance de ton argent.
C'est-à-dire que tu laisses ton argent dans une banque européenne et tu trouves un bien immobilier (maison, terrain...) à acheter: 1° ) tu devras être Argentin ou Résident; 2° ) tu passeras, comme en Europe, devant un Notaire, soit tu parles et tu comprens l'Espagnol, soit tu te fais accompagner par un traducteur. Ce Notaire, te demanderas des papiers signés et traduits officiellement ici en Argentine de ta banque Européenne qui doit déclaré d'où vient l'argent que tu as déposé chez eux. A ce moment, l'agent de change ou banque Argentine, devra recevoir l'argent pour la transaction et ils te demanderont également d'où vient l'argent. C'est à toi de prévoir tout çà avant le départ et de bien te renseigner pour tout çà. Attention de ne pas aller n'importe ou et de faire n'importe quoi.Beaucoup de pigeons se font avoir et se retrouvent sans rien. Ne jamais avancer d'argent à qui que ce soit, prudence!
Pour avoir ta résidence, il faut compter un an. Ne t'engage pas à la légère car tu t'en morderas les doigts.
Je reste à ta disposition pour d'autres renseignements. J'ai fait ce parcours dans la légalité et suis installé ici depuis bientôt 15 mois. Ma préparation Européenne a duré 12 mois.
Attention également à l'arrivée d'un container porte à porte avec tes effets personnels. Il y a un trafic pour l'instant à Buenos-Aires avec les transporteurs déménagements. Plus de 150 familles argentines de retour des USA viennent de se faire rouler dans la farine avec ce genre de déménagement. J'ai eu, pour ma part, la même histoire au niveau des prix.(Firmes très sérieuses, ayant pignon sur rue, d'un côté comme de l'autre: Belgique et Argentine)

comme tu le proposes et si tu y consent je veux bien entamer quelques discutions avec toi ( et d'autres .. ) au sujet de la possibilité de s'installer en Argentine . Pour la faire rapide, nous comptons vendre nos affaires et nos capitaux ici en Nouvelle caldédonie et recupérer nos devises.... et trouver un endroit où poser nos valises . Nous imaginions Cuba ou l'Argentine ou le Chili poussés que nous sommes par le désir de retrouver l'esprit latino, la langue et l'huile d'olive . Nous envisagions de chercher une hacienda, une propriété, une grosse maison et y construire un gite, un back packer...un lieux de passage. Coté mer ou coté montagne on s'en fout. Autour des rivières on vit tres bien, on pêche, on a des diplomes en encadrement raft ou kayak ou je ne sais quel sport d'eau . Coté mer, idem. On sait faire des trucs et on aime le sable et le vent ...
Toi tu vis en argentine ? qu'y fais tu ? Accepterais tu de devenir notre interlocuteur pour cette discussion ?

Pour ma part mon plan est plus sur du moyen terme, 5 ans maxi. Je pense que je vais essayer d'ouvrir un truc en argentine parce que avec un investissement de 100.000 pesos environ 20.000€ actuellement tu gagnes le droit de résidence en argentine.

Quant au message de Chegringo, dont les informations sont fausses, je le trouve très décourageant.
1- pas besoin d'être résident pour investir en Argentine. Un simple visa de tourisme et un numero de CDI (identification fiscale obtenu en 15 minutes à l'AFIP) suffisent.
2- pour la provenance des fonds, une simple attestation de votre banque comme quoi ce sont vos économies, suffit.
3- Il y a aussi des notaires franco-argentin, et des banquiers qui parlent couramment français.
Si les informations de Chegringo sont fausses, vous vous êtes un guignol. 😠

La Belgique a ses lois que d'autres pays n'ont peut-être pas. Ces lois, je dois les subir pour sortir de mon pays et subir les lois du pays qui m'acceuille. Ce ne sera nécessairement pas les mêmes qu'un de nationalité française, allemande, espagnole ou autres.
