Je suis touche a tout et tres motive a la tache.
J'ai l'habitude de vivre dans des conditions d'isolement total ou climatiques penibles.
Je parle tres bien anglais. Totalement en fait. (4 ans de vie dans des pays anglo-saxon et maitrise tres bien l'americain, l'anglais british, irlandais et scotish, l'argot/patois australien et kiwi). Sinon notions d'espagnol de base pour avoir vecu quelques mois a Toledo en Espagne.
Je ne demande qu'a rester une bonnee annee car je sais qu'au bout d'un certain temps j'aurais de nouveau l'envie de debarquer ailleurs.
Je ne cherche pas forcement des employeurs. Mais aussi des contacts, des conseils. Mon interet est aussi de me fondre dans la culture locale pour l'apprecier. Je ne suis pas la pour jouer le metro, je deteste ca.
Mes kiffs : La percu (djumbe), la plongee, l'ecriture, la meditation, la conduite off-road.

J ai pas le meme cv, 2pti loulous avec moi et un homme qui lui est plutot polyvalant moi éducatrice, on revivrais bien une petite ou grande aventure et la polynésie semble etre plutot une belle terre d accueil!
Peux tu passer des infos surtout dans l idée d etre dans un lieu plutot isolé au plus prés de la vie locale.

l'idée de venir s'installer en Polynésie en famille est tentante effectivement. Il faut aller au bout de ses rêves ou envies et ce sera toujours une expérience enrichissante.
Néanmoins, ça demande quand même un minimum de préparation notamment dans le domaine de l'emploi pour ton mari et toi. Tu sais très certainement que la vie en Polynésie est très chère et il faudra donc de bons revenus pour vivre correctement et profiter un tant soit peu du pays, surtout pour une famille de 4 personnes. Le budget "logement" grêve déja beaucoup les finances du foyer chaque mois (compter minimum 800 € pour qq chose de correct).
Bien sur, on peut toujours trouver un petit boulot au bout d'un moment mais le secteur de l'emploi est vraiment limité, surtout à Moorea où la situation économique empire de mois en mois.
Tu dis être éducatrice et je n'ai franchement pas de connaissance de ce milieu professionnel pour te dire si tu auras des opportunités d'emploi ici. Sur Moorea, je ne le pense pas. Sur Tahiti, peut-être mais Tahiti ne semble pas correspondre à ce que tu recherches ("lieu isolé eu plus près de la vie locale")...
Hors Tahiti, les possibilités d'emploi dans un secteur bien précis sont minces. Sincèrement, la vie à Papeete et dans les communes avoisinantes ne ressemble pas tellement à l'image qu'on se fait de la vie en Polynésie. Mais c'est malheureusement là qu'on a le plus de chances de trouver un job...
En fouillant un peu sur ce forum, tu trouveras pas mal de posts qui ont déja traité de ce sujet en long et en large. Tu pourras en faire une synthèse et te faire une idée plus précise de la situation.

Je viens d'arriver sur Papeete hier matin avec mon Doudou, et si tu es encore dans les coins tu peux voir que la pluie nous a accueillie!
Nous venons de passer 7 mois à St Barth et voulions continuer l'aventure en Polynésie même si la plupart des posts sur ce forum te le déconseille fortement...

Retournement de situation pour moi. Toujours en Nouvelle Zelande du coup... Mais pour sur ca ne tardera pas a ce que je saute les bras tendus dans un avion direction tropiques. Merci a tous en tous cas pour vos commentaires. Donc pas d'experience a partager sur le sujet malheureusement.
Jd, Pour la companie, y'a de fortes chances que tu te retrouve in fine dans un Air Tahiti Nui...
J'utilise un site d'agence qu est pas mal pour voyager dans le pacific : houseoftravel.com . C'est une agence qui t'indique les tarifs des differentes companies (leurs frais inclus). Tu as juste a aller faire un tour ensuite sur le site de la companie en question et t evite ainsi les frais d'agence. Je sais c'est petit mais t'economise gros.
Apres pour debarquer a Papetee depuis la france demandes aux metros installes las bas. C'est deja hors de prix depuis Ici.
Si tu passe par l'australie ou la nouvelle zelande, je te conseille l'agence Go Australie qui a des bons deals.
Sinon, au moins, t'auras des tarifs competitifs pour atteindre Hong Kong.
Je te conseille vivement d'avoir les poches pleines pour y aller. Ce fut mon frein principal. Partie remise.

Apparament, la derniere portion de vol qui mène à Papeete ( que ce soir au départ de Los Angeles, Auckland, etc ... ) s'effectue toujours avec Air Tahiti Nui, j'ai l'impression que c'est la seule compagnie qui attérit .. chez elle ! 😎

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
Are there any special requirements before leaving France (aside from taxes...)?

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area.
