Je veux aller à Punta Cana à la fin janvier 2006 et j'hésite entre ces 2 hôtels🤪
J'ai déjà été dans 2 Iberostar (Cuba et Mexique) et j'ai adoré! Tout était parfait.....
Par contre, j'ai entendu de super commentaires sur le Bahia Principe et le prix est moindre que le Iberostar. Mais, ce qui me fais peur, c'est que le complexe est très grand et il y a une navette pour aller à la plage ou aux restaurants🙁 De plus, la plage et les restaurants doivent être très achalandés.
Quel hôtel me conseillez-vous?
Est-ce que ça vaut la peine de payer environ 200$ de plus par personne pour aller au Iberostar?
Bien que j'ai beaucoup aimé le Bahia Principe, je crois que la chaîne Iberostar est un petit plus supérieure.
Le site du Bahia Principe est absolument magnifique! Je n'ai rien à dire. L'hôtel, en lui-même, est fabuleux!
C'est vrai qu'il est très grand mais tu peux le faire à pied également. Nous avons beaucoup marché et lorsqu'il faisait trop chaud, nous prenions le p'tit train. La section Hacienda, où nous étions, est située au centre du complexe. Nous étions à 6 minutes de la réception et à 8 minutes de la plage.
Pour la plage, aucun problème. Tout comme le site, elle est immense!!!! Pour les restos, j'y étais en septembre. Donc, assez tranquille à l'heure où nous y allions: 19h! Par contre, comme l'hôtel était rempli d'Européens et que ceux-ci mangent tard (21h), à ces heures-là, c'était beaucoup plus achalandé.
À la fin janvier, je crois bien qu'il y aura moins d'Européens. Le seul endroit où il y a plus de gens, c'est aux deux buffets, le matin. Par contre, tu peux déjeuner au resto italien et au resto de poissons. Tu peux également dîner. Pour le déjeuner, c'est certain qu'il y a beaucoup moins de choix mais ça dépanne.
Personnellement, avoir le 200 $, je choisirais l'Iberostar. Depuis mon séjour au Costa Dorada, je rêve de retourner dans un Iberostar...
Mais, si tu choisis le Bahia Principe, tu ne te trompes pas non plus. Si tu veux mon compte rendu, écris-moi en M.P. Je ne peux pas te donner les trois adresses où je l'ai placé...

En mars dernier, je suis allée à l'iberostar de Punta Cana..il en a 3. J'avais payé pour le Dominicana..et ils m'Ont installée dans le Punta Cana...il n'a pas de différences donc, prend le moins cher des deux. Le Bavaro est plus dispendieux. Ce que je peux dire c'est que j'ai adoré l'Iberostar et j'y retourne à nouveau en mars. SI tu veux plus d'informations, écris-moi.

Suis allé deux fois à l'Iberostar Bavaro et l'an dernier suis allé au Bahia Principe Club Golden... cette année je retourne à l'Iberostar Bavaro donc... voilà!
Salut! En ce qui a trait à la tranquilité pas eu de problème au Golden et l'avantage c'est la proximité de la plage. Pour la bouffe j'ai bien aimé dans les restos à la carte mais pas au resto/buffet, peu de choix. Je reviens toujours à l'Iberostar Bavaro car tant qu'à moi tout est très bien, fruits de mer en quantité, crevettes calmars, langoustes, poissons de toutes sortes également. Bien que les resto à la carte soient très bien je suis presque toujours au buffet à cause de la variété. Le décor et la végétation sont magnifiques et matures, ambiance sud garanti au contraire du Bahia Principe qui demeure quand même un superbe endroit, question de goût.

Quand nous étions au Bahia Principe en septembre, nous avons trouvé le bruit très très dérangeant du côté du Golden Club.
Une animation constante - sauf sur l'heure du dîner - très bruyante avec immense caisse de son sur le plage.... Bizarre pour un hôtel de cette qualité.
La chaîne Iberostar est ma préférée.... Je rêve d'y retourner!

Personally, I always prepare an envelope with euro bills in different denominations before I leave (they exchange them easily on-site). Here’s my method:
🛏️ For housekeeping: I leave a bill on the pillow every morning since schedules rotate daily.
🍽️ For servers: I always sit at the same table. At the end of the trip, I give an envelope to each server who took care of us daily.
🎉 For entertainment: I set aside an envelope for the animator who put in the most effort and really touched me.
The package covers the hotel, but our tips help support the people who make our vacations magical. Don’t forget to budget for this in cash when you pack!

For my husband's 50th birthday, we're going to Mombasa for 10 days and 8 nights in March 2026.
I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Hi everyone, I’m writing here because I’m really torn—I want to go on a trip. A vacation? 10 to 12 days, maybe 14 days. Starting March 14th. I’m in a wheelchair but completely independent. I was thinking of going to Martinique, but apparently, the hotels aren’t all-inclusive, which might be a hassle. If you have any advice, that’d be great. Otherwise, I was considering Mexico—a long-time dream. At an all-inclusive hotel with accessibility on one level (since I’m independent but in a wheelchair). Do you know of any nice, budget-friendly hotels with activities in Mexico? Or Zanzibar is also an option for me, same idea.

Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)
1. All-inclusive
2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

Hi there, I’m a 43-year-old woman planning to travel solo in early March. I’m not really into "commercial resorts," but if I find a place that fits my criteria, I might be interested. To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). I’m not necessarily aiming for the cheapest resort, but since it’s spring break week and everything’s already pricier, 5-star options are probably out of the question. Thanks!

We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?

Bonjour nous arriverons dimanche 5 mai ( à partir de 16h25) à l'aéroport de Punta Cana pour profiter d'un séjour que mon amie à gagner à l’hôtel Gran Bahia Principe La Romana.
L'avion est offert par la compagnie aérienne, l'hôtel je pense par la chaine hôtelière, mais aujourd'hui je m’inquiète du transfert car aucune info et j'apprends que rien n'est prévu.
D’après ce que j'ai vu le dernier car expreso part de Punta Cana à 16h00
Y-a t'il d'autres moyens de transports collectif (guagua) qui puisse faire le trajet ou au moins nous avancer jusqu'à La Romana ou San Pedro de Marcoris et je pense qu'on finira le trajet en taxi.
Si c'est trop compliqué ça sera navette privée mais on est plus "lonely planet " que navette privée et hôtel tout inclus.

A ce jour elles n apparaissent plus sur mon compte Booking , j en ai informé par mail le service clients mais ce dernier ne repond pas ...donc impossible d annuler ces reservations....Quelqu un a t il connu ce probleme et l a t il resolu ???
