rénovation de deux batiments jusquau 15 aout et création d'un centre de congrès.
voici ce qu'il y a d'ecrit sur le site :

Bonjour Gallia, j'ai séjourné au casa del mar du 4 au 18 avril dernier. Effectivement il y avait des travaux de rénovation au batiment 7. Nous étions au 5 et n'avons pas été génés, par contre les personnes étant au 7 ont eu soit un dédommagement par leur tour opérator, soit un changement de chambre. Voilà très bon choix. Si tu as d'autres questions, n'hésite pas.
Je rentre du Casa del Mar (31 mai) ou j'ai séjourné au bâtiment 7.
Il n'y a aucun travaux sur ce batiment!!!!
Si possible, demander au tour opérator le batiment 1 ou 2.
Pour ma part, je trouve qu'il a baissé en qualité.
J'y étais allé il y a 5 ans et nous étions ravis.
Cette fois ci, nous sommes un peu déçu. Je m'explique.
Nous avons eu un e chambre au bat. 7. L'isolation phonique n'existe pas mais nous le savions.
Par contre, l'état de la salle de bain était vieillot. Carrelage cassé, joint silicone fendus, éclairage défectueux, Choix entre eau Chaude ou très chaude...
Ca commencçait mal.
Ensuite, nous avons voulu essayer les nouveaux restaurants. La crèperie, euh! à éviter pour ceux qui on déjà mangé des crèpes. Les crèpes sont proches du pancake et sont fourrées avec une bouillie au gout de ce que l'on a choisi.
L'océan : des efforts sur la présentation, pour le reste...
L'italien : Le meilleur de tous sur les entrées. Le reste est quelconque. Les profiteroles, enfin, la profiterole, un demi-choux, le bas, une boule de vanille, une boule de pistache et un peu de chocolat chaud. Etrange!
Le chinois : Etrange aussi.
Des étales de vendeurs de souvenirs et bijoux sont installés quasiment tous les jours avec des vendeurs qui sont très insistants, pas comme en tunisie mais presque. C'est dommage pour la tranquilité des touriste.
Pour ce qui est du positif :
Le buffet (El Patio) est très bon.
Les cocktails sont bien. (attention au lait de coco, qui est un excellent laxatif. Mieux vaut être prévenu avant.)
La nourriture est bien conservée.
Il y a 2 piscines.
La plage est nettoyée tous les jours, la mer aussi par un employé qui ramasse ce qui traine au fond de l'eau!
Les spectacles du soir sont très travaillés et spectaculaires. (décors, danseurs...)
Les employés sont très sympathiques.
La mer est bonne est pleine de poissons de toutes les couleurs.
Si c'est une première, vous serez enchanté par l'endroit
Il y a des travaux dans une boutique mais c'est très discrets.
Pour les fumeurs, il y a une navette gratuite pour aller visiter une fabrique de cigares à 2 pas de là. Elle est tenue par 2 francais très compétents et très sympathique. N'achetez pas de cigares ailleurs, ce ne sont que des faux, même dans l'hotel.
Au cas ou vous souhaiteriez y retourner, je vous conseille l'Hacienda Dominicus, qui est un 5 étoiles et d'une magnifique architecture, façon Hacienda espagnole avec de très bons restaurants, mais des spectacles minables.
Pas besoin de changer en Pesos, ils accèptent tous les euros et les dollars.
D'ailleurs, les prix son indiqués d'abord en $ ensuite en €
Si par hasard les pris sont indiqués en Pesos, il faut diviser par 50 pour avoir le prix en €. 50 est un taux pas trop mauvais, mais attention, rien n'est jamais clair sur les prix. Au change de l'hotel, 1€ = 42 Pesos...
Mais normalement, à part les souvenirs, les excursions et le Spa, il n'y a pas un sou à dépenser car tout est inclus.
Autre chose, pour les vendeurs de souvenirs, 1€ = 1$. Il faut donc marchander, mais pas trop non plus.
N'oubliez pas de prévoir 20$ par personne pour la taxe de sortie du pays.
Si vous prenez un coffre, c'est 3$ par jour.
En résumé, prenez quelques $ mais pas trop. Si vous en manquez, vous pourrez vous replier sur l'euros en négociant le taux de change $/€.
N'hésitez pas si vous avez d'autres questions pratiques.

I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)

2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

Hi there, I’m a 43-year-old woman planning to travel solo in early March. I’m not really into "commercial resorts," but if I find a place that fits my criteria, I might be interested. To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?

Bonjour nous arriverons dimanche 5 mai ( à partir de 16h25) à l'aéroport de Punta Cana pour profiter d'un séjour que mon amie à gagner à l’hôtel Gran Bahia Principe La Romana.
L'avion est offert par la compagnie aérienne, l'hôtel je pense par la chaine hôtelière, mais aujourd'hui je m’inquiète du transfert car aucune info et j'apprends que rien n'est prévu.
D’après ce que j'ai vu le dernier car expreso part de Punta Cana à 16h00
Y-a t'il d'autres moyens de transports collectif (guagua) qui puisse faire le trajet ou au moins nous avancer jusqu'à La Romana ou San Pedro de Marcoris et je pense qu'on finira le trajet en taxi.
Si c'est trop compliqué ça sera navette privée mais on est plus "lonely planet " que navette privée et hôtel tout inclus.

A ce jour elles n apparaissent plus sur mon compte Booking , j en ai informé par mail le service clients mais ce dernier ne repond pas ...donc impossible d annuler ces reservations....Quelqu un a t il connu ce probleme et l a t il resolu ???
