Itinéraire pour l'Italie du Nord au Sud à vélo

je pars début juin en velo de Nice pour ralier Bari, Dubrovnik puis Venise, si quelqu'un a déja fait tout ou partie de ce parcours je suis interessé par des suggestions d'itinéraires (surtout pour l'italie).

Je ne peux parler que de Venise, car j'ai fait Annecy - Venise par les Alpes et les Dolomites, puis retour par Vérone, Pavie, Turin, Briançon.
Il y a de bons campings à Mestre (hors de la ville) tout près du départ de la route qui va à Venise par la jetée.
On y vend les passes "bus-vaporetto" pour un, trois ou sept jours, et les bus passent quasiment à la sortie du camping. Venise est pour les piétons... 3 jours sont un minimum !
J'ai pu mettre mon vélo à l'abri (des envieux) en demandant au responsable du terrain.

j'ai déjà fait un séjour à venise mais cette fois j'y vais juste pour prendre le train pour rentrer, merci tout de même.

sorry but my french is totally messy and I'd rather writre in english.
I did the route from Rimini (emilia) to S. Maria di Leuca (puglia) all on the adriatic coats (until the end, and then un a bit on the other side-check the map). The ride was very nice, and also many places. Just a couple of streets to avoid.

Ah, I forgot, we also did the Balkans, but not the coast: from Lublijana to Dubrovnik through Zagreb and Sarajevo.
