We do have lovely accommodations for September 11 - 14, 3 nights. Our rooms are all suites, containing either one or three bedrooms. Here are descriptions of all:
The one-bedroom suite has a living room area with cable TV and a sofa that pulls out into a double bed. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with plenty of room for luggage and clothes and one private bathroom. There is a kitchen, fully stocked with refrigerator, stove, oven, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, microwave oven and coffee maker with coffee. The one-bedroom suite is well suited for parties of two to three. The maximum number of people allowed by City Ordinance is 4.
We have one, one bedroom suite still available for these days.
The three-bedroom suite has a living room area with cable TV and a sofa that pulls out into a double bed. Two of the bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and the other bedroom has (2) twin beds and one private bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with refrigerator, stove, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, microwave oven and coffee maker with coffee. The three-bedroom suite is great for parties of four to seven. The maximum number of people allowed by City Ordinance is 8.
All suites have large evaporative coolers.

Some adults find a sofa bed is not the most relaxing and comfortable bed and frequently have children sleep on them. As all suites have full kitchens, we do not provide breakfast.
The back opens up into our large outdoor patio. The patio is filled with trees, flowers and plenty of room to enjoy the birds singing and the family-size BBQ grill with lots of tables and chairs. There is also a wood burning stove. At night, the patio is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy friends and family. Behind the patio is a safe, free parking area. Boats are generally parked out in front.
We are not able to accept pets, except gold fish and small polar bears.
We are located one
block from the main street in town and are within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Safeway supermarket is two blocks from us. We are two miles from
Glen Canyon Dam and
Lake Powell. Since we are off the main street, the area is very quiet.
All of our suites are non-smoking and very clean.
We offer on-site laundry facilities available free of charge for the Motel, as well as free long distance calling to anywhere in the U.S from our office phone. As the vast majority of our guests have cell phones, we have removed the old fashioned phones from the suites. We also have free wireless Internet.
Our rates are comparable to or less than those of the chain hotels in town and our suites are two to three times the size.
The one-bedroom suite is 600 square feet.
The three-bedroom suite is 950 square feet.
The rate for the one-bedroom suite is $179.00
reduced to $159 for a stay of 3 nights + tax of 15%, per night.The rate for the three-bedroom suite is $259.00 + tax of 15% per night.
To make a reservation, you may email us or call. We will need your credit card number. Most people email one half of the numbers. They then send the remaining numbers, the expiration date & the 3 digit security code from the reverse side. We will then send your confirmation number. You may pay by cash or traveler’s check, Visa, Master Card or Discover Card, sorry we are not able to process AM Express.If you need to cancel your reservation, once made, all we need is 30 days notice.
