My previous experience at a 'beach' resort was still fresh in mind. The trip was eventful with we (a family of 3 driving down in 2 cars) taking the 'best route' possible to reach the resort - we got on the best of roads that
Kerala has but ended up with an excess of 50 kms added to the drive -on the map we seemed to have a traveled in a triangle to reach the destination.
The resort is known to the local population as
Best Experience: Highlights of best experience was
- the personal attention given to us by the staff.
- the fact that the beach and the portion of the resort we occupied was ours. This was due to the fact that the section of resort we occupied had only 4 functional rooms of which we had occupied 3. But the 'under construction' rooms also become functional this privacy might not be possible.
Worst Experience: There were no worst experience pre say, expect the 1 time current was not available due to some major power failure in
kannur district. But then that is expected in
India and we had a rustic dining experience of candle light and hurricane lamp lit dinner.
