Thaïlande: possibilité de changer de destination de vols avec Tiger Airways?

Bonjour a tous,Avec mon ami nous avons prévu un voyage a Singapour/Bangkok/Phuket a partir du 2 novembre
Pour ne pas stresser avec toutes ces histoires d'inondation on a prévu un plan de secours qui est de remplacer Bangkok par Krabi SI la situation empire (sachant que nous n'avons rien validé pour Krabi, on verra ça au jour le jour)Nous partons pour Bangkok avec la compagnie Tiger le 8 novembre
Mais dans l'eventualité ou nous devons changer nos plans, a quelques jours du départ, pensez-vous qu'il est possible de changer notre destination pour Krabi?
Ou alors devons-nous annulé le vol? Je ne suis pas sure qu'on puisse être remboursé pour ce genre de motif
Je n'ai pas réussi à contacter la compagnie pour le moment et pas plus de renseignements sur le siteJ'espere quand meme pouvoir aller a Bangkok Merci d'avance pour vos reponses!

1. If the new flight booked is at a lower fare than that of the cancelled booked flight, the difference in fares will not be refunded to the Passenger.
2. If the new flight booked is at a higher fare than that of the cancelled booked flight, the difference in fares shall be paid by the Passenger before the cancellation or change can be made.
3. The change is not confirmed until we issue you a new Booking Confirmation.
4. Changes cannot be made to any part of a flight combination Journey once the departure of the first flight has passed.

Bangkok flights
The Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) has issued a flood alert for parts of Bangkok. However, Tiger Airways' flights into and out of Suvarnabhumi Airport are operating as scheduled.
Due to the unpredictable circumstance, Tiger Airways' passengers travelling to and from Bangkok until 1 November 2011 (inclusive) are eligible for the following:

1. Passengers can reschedule flights by up to seven days from the initial travel date at no additional charge, or
2. Passengers can change the travel destination to any Tiger Airways' destinations. Change fees will be waived, but passengers will have to top-up the difference in fares.
