Je suis allée à l'ambassade ce matin. En fait ma situation s'est avérée très particulière puisque j'ai été tout simplement pistonnée !! Mon futur Directeur, qui est assez influent, connait l'ambassadeur en personne et lui a écrit pour lui demander son soutien dans ma demande de visa. Résultat, sans meme avoir apporté tous les documents requis, l'ambassade me recontactera normalement d'ici 2 jours pour que je récupère mon visa !!
Ah, la justice à double vitesse, on a beau la critiquer, quand on en profite on est bien content...
J'ai quand meme pu etablir une liste de tous les documents que j'etais censée fournir. La voici :

1/ Original of employment contract, as follows:
“ EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
Do not mention « Dear XX »Name of Company (herein after refered to as the Company) having its registered office at
Company adress, is pleased to offer to Ms XX (herein referred to as the employee) on the following terms and conditions, applicable from the date of joining as set forth in this agreement.

2/ "Company/salary/Tax Summary", as follows:
“
Letter head of the companyTo Whomsoever it may concern
Subject: Employment of Ms XX
This is to undertake and affirm that
Name of the company would assess and calculate Income Tax on the total salary paid to Ms XX in INR and Income Tax thereon would be deducted at source and paid to government account.
Copy of Income Tax Return would be furnished to Embassy of
India (
Paris) at a later date.
Date, signature and seal of the enterprise ”
4/ Copy of Incorporate Certificate of the Company.
5/ Original of Undertaking Certificate, as follows:
“
Letter head of the companyWe take full responsibility for the activities and conduct of Ms XX national of
FRANCE during her stay in
India. If anything adverse comes to notice during this period, we undertake to repatriate her on our cost.

Original of job description explaining why the job cannot be undertaken by an Indian person.
