Bonjour, j'ai 18 ans et je voudrais m'installer en Argentine dans les prochains mois, ou l'année prochaine, dans la ville de Córdoba avec mon fiancé. Le problème étant que je n'ai aucune idée de par où commencer dans les démarches administratives.. pour les visas ect.. je sais qu'un visa de longue durée (regroupement familial) me faciliterait beaucoup la tâche, mais je ne sais pas si je peux l'obtenir: mon fiancé est argentin, a 22 ans, moi 18 ans et la nationalité française, je pourrais obtenir le visa longue durée en nous mariant, mais est-il possibile de se marier à 18 ans? je sais que pour certaines démarches administratives il faut avoir minimum 21 ans..mais quel est l'âge légal pour se marier? et si cela est possibile de quels papiers a-t'on besoin?
Je voudrais savoir également s'il est facile d'obtenir les documents permettant de vivre légalement sur le territoire argentin, en combien de temps je pourrais les avoir et à qui m'adresser?

D'abord il va falloir te tranquiliser un peu, partir en Argentine, t'installer, voir comment et où tu vas vivre... 3 mois en visa de tourisme, c'est déjà bien....Tu te plais à Cordobà ? Tu renouvelles ton visa de tourisme pour 3 mois de plus... Cela fera déjà 6 mois et je pense que tu auras fait déjà beaucoup de chemin.
Si tu souhaites rester plus longtemps à Cordoba en visa de tourisme, tu fait un AR au Chili (avion depuis Cordoba) ou dans le pays voisin de ton choix et tu pourras postuler à 6 mois de plus en visa tourisme.
12 mois en Argentine avec ton fiancé Argentin devrait t'éclairer grandement sur le sens à donner à ta vie !
Pour ce qui est de se marier, un extrait de naissance plurilingue apostillè par le tribunal d'instance de ton département te sera fort utile.
Cet itinéraire de vie peut être merveilleux, il est néammoins difficile... Que la force soit avec toi !!!😉

Le 18 février dernier, Michèle Alliot-Marie – alors ministre des Affaires Etrangères – et son homologue Hector Timerman ont signé un accord de coopération franco-argentin dans le cadre du « Programme Vacances-Travail ». En quoi consiste-t-il ? Comment fonctionne-t-il ?
Le « PVT » est un dispositif permettant aux jeunes ressortissants des Etats participants d’effectuer pendant une année un voyage ’touristique’ de découverte culturelle, mais également professionnelle dans l’autre Etat. Il a été inventé afin de ‘créer davantage d’occasions pour que leurs jeunes ressortissants puissent apprécier la culture et le mode de vie de l’autre Etat, y compris à travers le travail, et d’établir de cette manière une meilleure entente mutuelle’, selon le texte signé.
Sa grande particularité est en effet la possibilité de travailler pendant le séjour, grâce à un Visa spécifique délivré gratuitement par l’Etat d’origine, le « Visa Vacances-Travail ». Celui-ci est plus simple et plus souple qu’un Visa de travail classique, car il n’est pas subordonné à la nécessité de trouver un employeur avant le départ. La recherche d’emploi y est libre et se fait une fois arrivé dans le pays. Du coté francais il faut savoir également qu’il existe la possibilité pour le ressortissant argentin de bénéficier de la carte de séjour « Compétences et Talents » à l’expiration du Visa. Elle permet d’exercer une activité professionnelle en lien avec un projet ou une activité mettant en œuvre une compétence ou un talent, et ce renouvelable pour une durée de 6 ans.
Ce programme, et son Visa, sont aussi subordonnés à des critères d’éligibilité relativement peu contraignants. Il faut notamment être âgé de 18 à 30 ans, ne pas avoir déjà bénéficié du programme, ne pas avoir d’antécédents pénaux, ni de personnes à charge, et pouvoir subvenir à ses besoins au début du séjour.
Inspiré d’une idée anglo-saxonne, le « Programme Vacances-Travail » existe en France depuis déjà 1999, et concerne cinq pays auxquels s’ajoute depuis peu l’Argentine. En 2009, le pays des Lumières avait accueilli 2500 ressortissants, ce qui montre la grande popularité de ce système. Ce nouveau dispositif est une occasion également de faciliter les échanges d’étudiants et de jeunes travailleurs entre les deux Etats. Il faut savoir que la France est la troisième destination choisie par les étudiants argentins.
Le texte entrera en vigueur dans les prochains mois, après les procédures nécessaires dans les deux pays. Toutes les informations seront alors disponibles sur le site de l’ambassade.

la vie est plus tranquille en Argentine et les argentins sont plus ouverts, donc oui cela vaut vraiment le coup de venir ici mais attention le coût de la vie commence à être beaucoup trop élevé par rapport aux salaires locaux !!! Donc si tu viens pour étudier, mieux vaut avoir une bourse et être logé !! Si tu viens pour travailler, il te faut un visa de travail et aussi parler couramment espagnol...
salut je n'est pas d'idée sur les salaire la bas tu pourrait m'éclairer (exemple ds l'éducation cela me concerne le plus) ? oui je viens pour continuer mes études !! ce que je ne sais pas s'est si la somme que je ramène avec moi et suffisante (environ 20 000 pesos) ??? et cela étant loger donc pas de loyer a payer a priori mes je ne sais si les loyer sont abordable et si il y a des bon plan !! malheureusement je ne parle pas espagnole couramment mais j'y travaille , on ma dit que sur place il y a des formation d'espagnole pour débutant ??(en ce qui concerne les bourse d'étude plutôt m'adresser à la fac directement ou non??) et merci pour ton aide geraldo😄

le salaire moyen doit être de 2.000 pesos mensuels (le minimum 1.200), trouver des bons plans de location cela est très difficile, surtout depuis l'étranger, il te faut normalement un garant argentin et 2 à 3 mois de caution...
Concernant les visas, les documents sont différentes suivants les pays donc il faut absolument que tu vois cela avec l'ambassade d'argentine à Alger à qui te devra remettre ton dossier de visa étudiant ou autre.
Pour vivre à Buenos Aires, il te faudra 1500 pesos mensuel minimum (sans compter le prix d'une éventuelle location et les charges!!)
