Entre deux séjours de 90 jours au
USA avec ESTA il n'a pas de temps précis, la règle dit que l'on doit séjourner a l'extérieur de la zone frontière US un certain temps.
Donc un officier peut très bien vous donner l'autorisation de 90 jours et un autre non.
