En effet, voici le mail reçu ce matin suite à ma réservation de tickets de train pour l mois d'octobre:
The State Railway of
Thailand (SRT) has maintenance plan for the Northern Line railroad tracks between Sila-Art station to
Chiang Mai. As the result, SRT has stop train from
Bangkok –
Chiang Mai for Train No.1 and 13 from September 16 to October 31,2013 (for 45days). And other trains as train no.9,109,105,107, and 51 will operate from
Bangkok to Sila-Art Station only, then continue by buses to
Chiang Mai which has already been pre-arrange by SRT. Also return from
Chiang Mai to
Bangkok also stop service for Train no. 2 and 14 from September 17 to November 1,2013 (for 45days),. Other trains as 12, 52, and 102 will depart from Sila-Art Station to
Bangkok only.
**For your smooth traveling & miscommunication between local staff at train station and bus services at Sila-Art Station, So we may suggest you to take a bus / flight direct from
Bangkok -
Chiang Mai /
Chiang Mai –
Bangkok instead
However, passengers who are traveling during this period, can get a full refund amount.
So, we will process the full refund amount THBxxxxxx back to your card which you will receive the money back to your card minimum 30 days as our refund policy.
