Malheureusement, je n'ai pas de smartphone. J'ai encore relu ce que je dois faire et rien à faire, je ne peux imprimer que mon itinéraire. Soit que je dois attendre quinze jours avant le départ avant d'y avoir accès, allez voir. J'ai réservé depuis le 2 décembre. Mon paiement a été pris aussi. J'ai essayé l'option 1 et option 2....et je n'ai pas de barcode sur mon itinéraire.
Voici ce qu'ils disent:

Travel Itinerary (which is sent to your email via online booking) is your ticket and contains your booking reference number and the details of your flight and any add-on's you have purchased. You can view, change or update your confirmed booking through
Manage My Booking

You will need to obtain a
Boarding pass to be able to board the plane for your flight. You can obtain this pass when you check in, using any one of the following options:
1. Check in online at
www.airasia.com 
- highly recommended as it saves you time from having to line up at the airport!
- make sure you have your booking reference number ready
- when you check in online you can opt to print out your boarding pass immediately, or receive a barcode via SMS to print out your boarding pass yourself at the airport at the mobile scanner machines
2. Check in online via Manage My Booking
- you will need to login first as an AirAsia member, then click on 'My Flights' and select 'Self Check In'
3. Check in via mobile
- download our mobile app or go to our mobile site
mobile.airasia.com
4. Self check in at the airport kiosks
- please have your booking reference number ready
- or you can scan the barcode on your Travel Itinerary
5. Line up and check in at the airport counters
