e-form déposé le jeudi 28 janvier, réponse de Air Asia le lundi 2 février. Mais la fille de Air Asia de
Bangkok a qui l'on avait téléphoné, avait dit qu'elle essayait de faire presser.
Voici leur 1ere réponse :
"In respond to your email, we would like to inform you that once your booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and the payment you made is not refundable. Moreover we cannot issue for cancellation letter because our flight still operate on our schedule and our ticket is non-refundable.
We shall issue no show letter stated that you not boarded on the said flight only. Please kindly contact us again after your flight passed to claim the letter."
Puis dans la foulée une 2eme reponse :
"Refer to booking KB5MHM, we would like to inform you that once your booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and the payment you made is nonrefundable.
However, we would really appreciate if you could provide us as PDF files for new Medical which included the criteria below:
1) Hospital/Clinic’s Letterhead
2) Official stamp of Attending Physician
3) Medical Condition
4) Recovery period and unfit to fly till when
5) Signature of Attending Physician
6) Issue letter date
7) Patient name
We do need the document prove relationship certification letter issued by the government as prove relation between patient and passenger."
