Insurance Information
Your rental includes collision damage waiver & theft protection with no excess.You will be required to leave a deposit to the value of the insurance excess when collecting the vehicle.If the vehicle is damaged during the rental, you will be charged up to a maximum of this amount.In the event that the renter has behaved recklessly or negligently or driven under the influence of drugs or alcohol you may be liable for the full costPlease note in common with most insurance policies there are exceptions to cover which may include windscreens, tires, the underside or interior of the vehicle, towing charges & replacement keys. Please check your agreement fully at the time of renting for exact exclusions. Driver Age
All drivers must be 21 years or older. For drivers aged between 21 & 24 years a Young driver fee of $15/day, $70/week will be applicable for all rentals.Renters and/or any authorized drivers under the age of 25 may not be eligible to rent specialty vehicles including vans, trucks and sport utility vehicles.
International Travel
Should your travel plans include driving outside the country of rental, please advise our team at least 7 days prior to collecting the vehicle, as restrictions may apply for certain countries & we may need to advise the rental company. In some cases it may be necessary to purchase additional cover locally & our team will advise if this applies for your requirements.

Please note special equipment such as child seats, snow chains etc are on request, & will be charged for locally. Traveljigsaw is happy to pass these requests on to the supplier in advance of your arrival, however unfortunately cannot guarantee any extras.
Fuel Policy
Customers can choose from three different refueling options1. Discounted pre-pay. Tell us you wish to purchase a full tank. Whenyou rent the car, you pay a discounted per-gallon charge.2. Self-service. Fill up before you return the car. Present your receipt for the full tank of gas to avoid a refueling charge. Receipt is required; if a receipt is not presented, an automatic convenience re-fueling fee may apply.3. Time-saver. Let us refuel the vehicle. This time-saving option has a per-gallon charge with a small premium for convenience.
