We have also found that requesting that the boat name be noted on the registration card and a State Registration Verification Letter be issued by the State is often helpful to our foreign clients when dealing with authorities. Please let us know if you would like us to request a Verification Letter and what boat name you will be using.

Typically we receive the registration and decals from the State in approximately 7-10 business days after submitting the request. We can expedite the registration request for a fee of $50.00 as noted above, in which case we typically receive the registration from the State in approximately 4-5 business days.

annual company fees would be billed at the end of 2009 (not due at the time of formation):

* For those clients who find it difficult or inconvenient to pay the LLC Tax directly on-line with the
