Voici le mail mais pas de lien après les avoir eu difficilement au téléphone j ai répondu à ce mail avec les pièces demandées

OR to ensure we can finalize your payment verification, please provide additional payment information VIZ. Card Holder passport copy & Card statement within 48 hours by following this link:
1. Cardholder passport or any other valid locally issued ID i.e Driver License
2. Bank issued card statement (credit card billing statement) from which the ticket had been purchased or snapshot of online statement showing the ticket amount debited in favour of QatarAirways. Ensure to mask the six middle digits of the card before uploading the statement into the link.
