je suis, comme vous, victime de la faillite de Navelar.
J'ai immédiatement contacté mon hôtel en
Grèce qui m'a dit avoir reçu l'annulation samedi matin et, à ma demande, maintient sans problème ma réservation, l'hôtelier m'a précisé qu'il n'avait reçu aucun paiement de Navelar.
Ce matin, j'ai adressé un mail à info@clever-hotels.com, voici leur réponse :
"Thank you for your reply. Our whole sale partners have informed us, that they will
cancel all bookings. This will obviously require some time and it will probably not be possible for them to cancel every single hotel booking with immediate effect. Therefore it
might be possible that some bookings with a very short period until arrival will still be active. Currently there are indeed many hotels which provide the information that the bookings are still active, but the notification by the whole companies might come at any time. We therefore
strongly recommend to contact your hotel immediately and clarify with the hotel directly, whether the booking will be secured or if it is necessary to arrange a new booking.
We point out, however, that the hotels might then request you to pay a premium to the price already paid. The hotels will most probably demand a re-payment of the price - or even a higher price. All of this can only be clarified directly with the hotel.
Once the liquidation proceedings will be opened (probably in October / November, 2013), the insolvency administrator will send you forms to submit your claims. Please be informed that prior registration is not possible for legal reasons.
We are aware that this situation will bring significant hardship for you and we sincerely apologize for this situation. Unfortunately there are no feasible alternative solutions, because of the insolvency of the company.

J'ai contacté l'Ambassade d'
Allemagne qui m'a orienté vers la Chambre de Commerce franco-allemande, où le correspondant m'a dit que normalement ils ne s'occupaient des entreprises mais m'a donné une adresse en me précisant que s'il y avait plusieurs dossiers de ce genre, la personne concernée entamerait certainement des recherches, voici cette adresse : edefiez@francoallemand.com
